It's not easy to find clear pictures of artificial vulvas, for instance. Certainly not easy by contrast to the amount of trans porn that exists. And once you do it becomes clearer *why* it's so difficult to find them, and why they don't feature heavily in pornography.
And yet would a young person starting out on their Journey be informed that bottom surgery is risky, can require revision, and will likely result in something that most people don't want to look at or touch? I kinda suspect they wouldn't. But isn't that both true and relevant?
