yeah im sorry to say this but if you go after ted cruz and josh hawley then you are going to get some sort of insurrection eventually. people like that are the ONLY hope you have to get some sort of legitimate "genteel opposition" given where the US is.
all they had to say was "what's done is done, Biden is the president, people participated in reliance on the systems that were in place. But we're NEVER going to let this shit happen again." that's too much and is there any reasonable conclusion other than they need this option?
