      I said countless times last year. Populist anger exists outside the figures that ride the wave. Trump and Bernie rode the wave but its beyond them. Occupy the tea party absorbed and dissolved this energy before them. It will go on without them until econ inequality is addressed.

      Everyone who thinks this all stops when Bernie loses or Trump loses are people who dont understand why they gained prominence so fast in the first place. The door was open and they walked through.

      it's impossible to tell whether anyone outside of a few credulous social media users really believes that. acting surprised is part of the deal, it helps with later attempts at suppression.
