Did it though? What made inroads electorally was calls for a "return to normalcy" that appealed to suburban voters. Urban communities turned redder because of it.
They had a ton of voter registration and sent a very loud message to judiciary as well as legislatures that force was now a factor

Strategists don't agree with you. After election night dnc consultants immediately called for a cease of action on the left. I think we're confusing successes here. High turn out was from ubiquity of mailin ballots and white, suburban communities making conservative choices.
