The US does not have strategic interests in Egypt. No halfway rational leader would close Suez and the country has no exports. By all means, let's cut off that aid and see who complains.

Israel has the 19th highest per-capita GDP in the world. Egypt is at 114, Ukraine is 117 and Sudan is number 170 out of 186. Israel can take care of herself.
