People aren't grasping the enormity of the trolley-problem situation here. c19 does not have a .01% chance of giving you a serious allergic reaction.
that should really be the message. We don't need to give it to pregnant women immediately, everyone else who takes it is accepting the exchange of a miniscule risk for a much greater one. On the other hand, we don't need to hit everyone right away, we may have enough volunteers
