Pretty much every legal commentator with any level of relevant expertise across the political spectrum is certain that the Texas case is going to be quickly dismissed, so if that somehow doesn't happen, at least the entire field of expert legal commentary will have mooted itself
I expect they'll at least hear the case considering the state of public opinion but you really shouldn't say anything with certainty when it comes to scotus
