The GOP basically telling its voters to shut up and vote for senators who are on tape saying that it's great Trump is gone because now they can go back to tax cuts, at a time when there's video out of ballot stuffing in Atlanta, is just amazingly stupid.
the explanation for the video is gold. boss tells the people opening envelopes to go home, everyone including media and other workers understand boss to mean counting is done, media and observers leave, director calls to say keep counting at which point they pull out the boxes.

So really, with no audio, we have no way of knowing the local boss actually told everyone the counting is done. Just a big misunderstanding! But it was cleared up by someone outside the building clarifying that there were votes left to be scanned.
