      College debt forgiveness is the most blatant pro-PMC policy out there lol. And it's not even a good policy. It's like the roman emperors just going "oh sure I will give you praetorians a million dollar bonus" to secure loyalty. Except at least the praetorians knew who they were.

      If these PMCs just said "dude we're the praetorian guard, give us our donatives or we will riot" I'd have a lot more sympathy for them, but instead they have to go through this insanely pathetic song and dance of "oh no, this isn't about *us*, it's about the poorest of the poor!"
