Damn near every goon was exactly like Moviebob back in 2003. Probably why he gets talked about so much on this site - he keeps reminding people of their old selves and SA veterans really, really, really hate that.
the bootstrap social discipline goons inflicted on each other through the mid aughts was super interesting. cargo shorts/fedoras, "everything but rap and country," grooming standards, jock/frat/prep school resentment.
