I don't think I need it when cities with notorious machines in states that have suspended enforcement of election laws are saying "we don't know how many ballots we have left to count" for a week and every single one of them is enough to tip the state.

"They" appears to be some voter registration NGO, not the DNC, and it went nowhere. If there was ballot harvesting it should be possible to provide evidence beyond "well The New Georgia Project wanted to".

Also, here is the thing: if you do an absentee voter ballot harvesting scheme, you can just fill out (and even deliver) the ballots in the weeks and months prior to election day (this is what happened in NC). The claim they "only had time to check in Biden" beggars belief.
