Dems aren't particular worried the "checking" will show fraud; they're worried Republicans will find a legal or extralegal way to overturn/reverse the election because they don't like the results.

Is that at all plausible, though? Trump has plenty of appointees on the federal bench but he doesn't own the courts.

seems like Trafalgar had the most accurate state-by-state polls (as in 2016) and they had Trump winning, but people are still setting their expectations of the actual outcome to polls which were even more wrong than in 2016, hmm
