One insinuates choosing to be gay, and the other insinuates being born or being naturally gay. Didn’t we all go over this years ago already? Assuming you’re straight, when did you start “preferring” men? They are totally different.
Do you choose your mundane, non sexual preferences? If not, why does "preference" imply that?
