Friday The 13th Part 3 is actually pretty underrated. I forgot just how many great little moments are in it. It lacks the atmosphere of the first 2 and isn’t as interesting and the later movies, but it’s still really good for what it is. The 3D gimmick is more charming now.
I cannot imagine watching the 80s sequels. Shit I still never saw the first one. The entire thing feels like an unimaginative knockoff of Halloween, though I liked Jason X for what it was

Funny you say that since I think Jason X is my least favorite even if it’s still fun. I actually think it’s a much more creative series than Halloween, at least in terms of sequels. Friday The 13th just holds a special place in my heart.
