I don’t keep up with the Proyect so the only thing I get out of this is: he is positioning his tendency (in whatever convolution it has currently taken) as one which can present a relatively assessment of Krein’s in contrast to Reed’s which is presented as *slurcialist*?

If I understand it, the orientation of Krein differs from the Philly DSA insofar as his politics aims to change the bourgeoisie while DSA wants to re-describe the bourgeoisie to raise and recruit “working class consciousness” etc. to a project that would restore the PMC.

Yes: an engagement that would impose national limits, realize the hand. It is a variant of Mittelstand. The technique is also almost indistinguishable from New Left Gramscism but takes a a state bureaucratic route rather than an electoral one.
