The only good movies that nobody will give a negative review are kids' movies like Paddington. Film critics like to be flattered; if they all agree on something, it's usually a blowjob to the social class they come from.
If a movie is entertaining but mindless, you'll have at least 3% of critics who will object to that. If it takes a stance on an issue or courts genuine controversy, the score should max out around 95%. Any higher and it's likely to be calculated to garner elite appeal.
