Obviously this is not a popular take on social media, but on basically every substantive issue Pete is to the left of Biden, it's just much easier to hate Pete as a privileged striver.
I don't think Pete is any more separable from the party apparatus than Joe, which leads me to believe his administration would emulate Obama's.

Hard to say, Pete and Biden admin appointments would probably be similarly deferential to big business, maybe even identical in many ways, but Biden has five decades of relationships with lobbyists so potentially more favors to return
