I just lived there on Capitol Hill for 10yrs and also lived through crazy ass shootings on the hill before. I don't actually understand anything about what the problems in Seattle really are.
Then I'm sure you won't object that I leave the police abolition to the guys who can tolerate it for up to three weeks, and do not attempt the experiment locally, as I understand that my own community prefers homicides that occur in public be investigated and prosecuted.

Maybe you could lay it out for me sometime, starting with your position on prosecuting homicide and going through whether or not police should be involved in that process.
