      Everything was curated except the internet. Slow drip of anime (pokemon, sailor moon, DBZ, Digimon and yu gi oh) they had these weird storefronts in strip malls that were like indoor playgrounds but they had slides made out of an array of rolling pins that could sever fingers

      If you wanted to listen to a song or watch a movie you had to either find a physical copy or request it from a radio dj. Injection molded plastic toys literally everywhere. 640x480 resolution CRT screens
