I saw a glib tweet today about health care politics and just want to say that over 30,000 people die a year due to lack of medical care. We are quickly approaching 150k deaths due to COVID alone, that have been reported (we all silently agree this number is falsified).

This is true in every country on earth. The only stat that will make any sense is excess deaths and that only requires a total all-cause death count. I doubt you could or would want to falsify that number
