I'm saying the reason the South Dakota National Guard is overwhelmingly white is that South Dakota is overwhelmingly white. They'd be just as white if they were shutting down any other unlicensed event on federal land.

Sure but I dont beleive for a second there isnt a good amount of them that are racist just like the cops. I know that doesnt explain why they brutalize non whites but I've been discriminated enough to know it's an issue.
