Here's my worry: I think, as she herself insisted, she meant exactly what she said. Further I think her group can accomplish it. That makes it a credible threat on behalf of a nascent political movement - of my class enemies no less.
Except that she should also face charges for threatening to murder her political opponents in public.

I think there is a non-negligible chance that someone would really believe she or someone in her group would be willing to kill for this. And that directly impacts their own right to free speech.
