      "Co-founding" is not how this works. Get your name on the legal documents or part ownership. Failing that fill out a W-2. Nobody has a claim to the idea of making a magazine that reflects their own politics.

      Without an alleged agreement to have been broken in the first place, even the most basic informal one, this is a question of personalities. Yeah, I'm gonna go with the guy who doesn't drag his personal drama into the public sphere for sympathy from class enemies.

      As previously stated, no employment relation is alleged. Ryan says he is the co-founder who came up with the idea for a political magazine. That and two dollars will get you a Coke.
