Basically Asian-American women are high value on the dating market and often, if not typically, end up with white men. There's no equivalence for Asian-American males, so they end up less sexually successful than their fathers.
I honestly kinda feel bad for the sons of WMAF couples, though. As @wesyang their complaints were recently considered totally unacceptable and reactionary

I met a young man from California who said his mom's parents were obsessed with keeping the family Japanese. Not a fun situation for a mixed kid, and in turn it will be hard for him to fill their expectations in his own relationships.
