It didn't fulfill itself. Shaun King stepped in to fulfill it. He's not just some random guy on the left, he introduced Bernie Sanders at his 2020 campaign launch and Wikipedia associates him with Black Lives Matter above the fold, in his intro paragraph.

Indifference in this case is an extremely radical position. I am not at all indifferent to the "removal" of vast amounts of historical religious art, nor, I would hope, is Liz.
