      Keep in mind that the police are crucial in determining claims of sexual and domestic violence. If they can't haul people into court, no process for the above will ever conclude. The name for the people who do this will always be police.

      If you knew anyone who's been raped or molested you would know there isn't much difference between the cops we have and no cops at all.

      The number that are actually reported, investigated, brought to trial and convicted are practically a rounding error. It's hard to see how whatever would replace the current justice/police system could do worse.
