If you knew anyone who's been raped or molested you would know there isn't much difference between the cops we have and no cops at all.
The number that are actually reported, investigated, brought to trial and convicted are practically a rounding error. It's hard to see how whatever would replace the current justice/police system could do worse.
Okay but without some sort of police it is 100 percent guaranteed to stay that way forever and I do not believe you are okay with that.
