By virtue of its “racialist” aesthetic it is therefore a “racialised riot” that is somehow distinct, and independent of, working class politics. Therefore bc PMCs peddle race-reductionist narratives this means they must both support and be an influential part of the riots

Both incorrect The composition of the riots are transparently normie. They’re people reacting to their immediate concrete circumstances (albeit without the capacity to create revolutionary change).

Contrast this with their “international allies”; petty bourgeois “radicals” divorced from any material struggle and simply engaging in aesthetic expressions of “solidarity”.

The function of the PMC is neither to create nor feed the chaos but parasitically latch onto it, suck it of its life and funnel it back individually, into their own personal grifts, and more broadly back into the liberal democratic consensus.
