      Thinking about how when Target opened a new location in Burbank, they were too cheap to build a parking lot for their employees and instead made them use the streets, which prevented residents, employees, and customers for nearby small businesses from parking in the neighborhood.

      Oh God no. Supposedly the person who started the Autozone fire was caught on video but he wasn't caught on video starting the fire and he isn't built like a cop. It's not impossible but it's one of those things that *has* to be true for a certain segment.
