I mean, it's demonstrating that wearing a mask prevents the spread of microbes. The stuff growing on the agar is bacteria, not viruses, but it's still evidence of the basic claim.
Virus petri dishes are expensive as shit and coughing on a ferret doesn't give you good stills for comparison
