I think you're completely correct about it being 100% unclear just how big the audience for this crap is. One of the reasons I've been fairly resistant to the idea of writing more stuff like this is that I don't consider talking to the left to be particularly useful.

It's in fact only when you start getting non-leftists interested in a political project that you can go from catastrophic >99% attrition down to something more reasonable, like 50%. Attracting "normies" isn't about aesthetics, normies are the only useful people you'll have.
Leftoids don't speak human language, what you hear is just the voice of something else speaking through them. Something else has done their thinking for them already so it's like you're just talking directly to that thing.

This is an very good way of putting it actually. Leftoids tend to be incredibly fragile intellectually; they have a big political edifice that they've learned by rote and social pressure, and it can't bend to accomodate new arguments without breaking entirely.

Like since I've become a "nazi" nobody from the left has ever wanted to sit on a panel with me or anything, because it would just be lethal, socially. If I'm wrong about any one thing I can just change that, but if they get proven wrong their entire house of cards collapses.
