I guess I'm happy that some of the left has decided identity politics in general is nonsense - i.e. gone back to where you were in 2016 - but you've still got the two big hurdles, "reparations" and especially "open borders"

Quite possible that the "on the left" thing is the entire problem. We need an unbranded politics, but how does that work in an age when all human effort amounts to branding?
