That's another project humanity needs, a bacterium to convert meyhylmercury to something more innocuous. Then we can all eat shark again
I wonder if the amount of mercury in fish will decline after covid. Or has it been rising, and the rise will slow? My impression is that most of it comes from petroleum combustion in engines.
