The only source cited in the article is the Washington Examiner. Total trash. Obviously China has to reopen fresh produce markets because people have to eat. That doesn't mean anybody is still selling wild/live animals there.

I'm still not convinced the virus came out of a lab but it's totally possible. Definitely need a wellness check on disease research ethics, possibly globally.

Bear in mind there are a few million "wet" markets in Asia. Wet means fresh meat and vegetables. Exotic to us, like rabbit, fish, snail, dog, is not in Asia. Wildlife is different, ranched wildlife is the problem, need big city money for that market.
