The only humane treatment for prisoners right now is suspending habeas corpus and keeping them in their cells until the governor or the president frees them unilaterally btw

In a theoretical world where every participant could get an n95 mask and goggles and the idea of a holding tank didn't exist, we could maybe talk about holding bail hearings. Right now there's no justice or interest of the defendant in pulling everyone together to swap germs
