If the Trump admin sends everyone back to work, it will quickly become clear that this is not a nationwide epidemic but a series of localized urban epidemics. Then, hopefully, we can make policy for those specific areas rather than the sledgehammer of blanket lockdowns.
There's no way to keep it local without states shutting down borders and uh, not sure what the constitution would have to say about that. We're already in questionable waters with the fifty-state absentee-feds strategy
