Dr. Gottlieb, cheap isn't the same thing as it used to be. What equipment is in the full supply chain for this test? What will likely face shortages? Can we start making any of it now?
Surely we need hypodermic needles. Do we have, say, 100 million available to get 1/3 of the population? Maybe we'll need petri dishes. How many of those do we have? What is an acceptable substitute when we run out? Are there reagents involved? What do we extract/synth them from?
