Testing and contact tracing have drastically lowered the curve in SK and HK. They're the scalpel to the lockdown sledgehammer.
It is a disaster. He made one good move early on closing off travel from China - bought us a week or two vs Europe. Then he stepped on the CDC to ensure they downplayed the severity and probably held up testing.
