      The foreign policy discourse around the virus sucks. I get that lots of people have a reflexive reaction to US condemning countries but China fucked this up in a tremendously evil way that not even Trump delaying the inevitable for stonks compares..

      They literally arrested doctors and people talking about a SARS like virus surfacing and it’s possible that the first cases went back to NOVEMBER.

      A lot of "western" governments decided early on they would use this to prune their populations but China left this thing brewing in the wet markets on purpose. I refuse to believe the most powerful top down state in the world can't eradicate the bushmeat trade
