It isn’t called Spanish Flu because its from Spain it’s called that because it was thought to be the worst in Spain. Seems fair

Well ya see that wasn’t the case in Spain either. But all of the counties involved in WW1 suppressed info on the outbreak to spare morale. Spain was neutral and covering it normally, which created the false belief that it was particularly affected
