The only way to stop it is to keep people inside and away from each other. Once you start doing this, the spread slows - but it takes up to ten days or more from being infected to ending up in the hospital. So a huge number will pile up all at once, a wall of bodies.

That I don't know, it doesn't sound right to me. Suspected you should be able to just test and leave on their own as long as they're not already in terrible shape.
