      Not assured. However, there are vaccines for other animals that have coronavirus. The canine coronavirus vaccine is in the standard shots that every dog in the US gets.

      The big worry is paradoxical reaction, which they saw in mice when trying to make a SARS vaccine. Vaccinated mice got even sicker when subsequently exposed to the virus. This is why human trials are a major gamble.
