The left is going to have to find a way to acknowledge and deal with the Chinese government's propaganda. The PRC weaponizes the charge of racism to subvert liberal democracy. It is a fascist state and promotes fascism using any rhetoric available, including that of the left.

Nope! China, Russia, Venezuela and Iran are imperialized-upon countries. They are Oppressed Nations and you don't get to tell them how to run their concentration camps or what to do with their slaves.
