A friend of a friend is a very brilliant doctor and he was telling him for sure it’s a bioweapon. Said they are engineered be turned off and on too. Who knows though. I don’t buy these guys like the dude on Rogans show saying “we could never dream of something like this”
Consider watching the film, or only the trailer, for Contagion (2011). Now if you want to go real conspiracy, you can say the people writing the story for 2020 wrote that too. But it's eerily on point without a conspiracy explanation.

That’s consistent with activity around every “conspiracy”. On 9/11 we were in the middle of a military drill that incorporated the exact scenario into it called Abel Archer and suddenly the thing went live
