"Worth a try" drugs for #covid19 seem to have filtered into three camps:
1. Remdesevir
2. Lopinavir-ritonavir (aka Kaletra), possible with ribavirin
3. Chloroquin or hydrochloroquine
There was also talk of ciclesonide but this seems to have died down #covid19FOAM

Anyone have rationale for which of these to try in which case? Or just a free for all still?

Hydroxychloroquine seems to be closest at hand in the US. Not a doc but I would save the remdesivir for higher risk pts in early stages if and when you can catch them. The Italians are saving it for last which seems unwise

Which of these are going to be in shortest supply?

I don't know, unfortunately. The papers I've seen out of China only say chloroquine good, h-chloro just as good or better, remdesivir promising. Chloroquine is an old drug with a generic, isn't remdesivir new and patented? And thus potentially more likely to run into bottlenecks
