I don't think we know about reinfection yet, it looks more likely that the disease takes about longer to clear than when symptoms stop and this can occasionally lead to relapse. In vitro antibody tests have had success against it, as has convalescent plasma.

The reason this is a bad idea is the *immediate* effects, like potentially driving the death rate towards 15% by pushing the triage line down to "healthy 30 year old"
