You don't actually need to build a hospital, you could shutter schools and quarantine people in them. Bloomberg would have had it done, because he was paying attention while everyone else was paralyzed by fear.

Hmm why did China build a hospital then? Maybe it's easier safer for the patients? Japan basically left people on that cruise ship and a ton of them got the disease, six died I think.
