It absolutely can limit mortality. The fewer cases coming through the door, the better care each case gets.

Are you not aware of what happened in Wuhan? Hospitals are crazily full. Most ppl were dead at home because they cannot get a bed at hospitals. The so-called hospital built is a giant arena where people are packed without any medical equipments. It’s disgusting defending China.

It looks like there's three levels of care for covid: pills, oxygen tank and respirator. Guessing there weren't many respirators in those facilities, and you can put an oxygen tank anywhere. Why build a new building instead of requisitioning? Presumably this is what SK is doing
