Yes but at the height of the crisis in China they were saving test kits for the living and so many who died of pneumonia in short time frames weren't tested. China *did* turn the curve but only after they lost a lot more people than the figures show.

Extreme measures can limit infections, but it cannot limit mortality rate. The rate is statistically impossible. China lies about everything. This is why we are all in a global pandemic. We were so stupid to believe Chinese figures. And you are still believing lmfao, Chinese.

It absolutely can limit mortality. The fewer cases coming through the door, the better care each case gets.
