Dorms would be bad, but imagine a frat with a sleeping porch? Post spring break the US college towns are in for a nightmare, gonna hit especially hard in rural college towns with very limited hospital space.
Actually, since many will be coming back from spring break (some of them from abroad), they are vectors to each other. There are far more people to be infected in a dorm than in a family home.
